Rates
For clients who are able to receive services through their health plan, our rates are set by our contracts with the insurance companies. You are responsible for copays and/or coinsurances as determined by your insurance company. All fees, copays, and coinsurances are due at time of service.
For clients who are receiving services outside their health insurance plan, we offer fee-for-service appointments at a set fee which is reasonable and customary for our area.
